When you buy or rent equipment from us it
comes with a reliable Service guarantee. We will charge you
either monthly or quarterly for the copies you print, which
we will establish by recording your meter readings. We guarantee
you a low cost per copy rate, calculated accordingly to reflect
your predicted usage. This Service Charge Agreement covers
all servicing, maintenance, repairs parts and toner, the only
thing you need supply is the paper & staples!!!!.
We offer full training to our customers at
the time of installation with ongoing training available for
new staff. Further support is just a telephone call away.
We are keen to ensure that you feel comfortable with your
print and copy solutions and have the full backing and expertise
of Sharp and Canon technical staff.

There is always someone on-hand to help
and talk you through any technical difficulties you are having.
If a problem cannot be solved this way then we will arrange
for an engineer to fix the problem on-site.
