Email Set Up

Use the information below to configure your e-mail client so you are able to send and receive e-mail's for each different e-mail account(s) you may have.

Note: Replace the text in italics with your specific e-mail account information.
Refer to the notes on the right for further guidance. If you encounter any problems please e-mail us at info@design4web-online.com (only applies to Design4Web clients).

Email Configuration Guide

Field Corresponding Entry
E-mail/Reply to address: sample@yourdomain.com (or .net, .co.uk, .org, etc.)
(sample = the specific address at your domain name)
Incoming (POP3) mail server: pop.yourdomain.com (or .net, .co.uk, .org, etc.)
User/Account name:

sample@yourdomain.com (or .net, .co.uk, .org, etc.)
(If you are using a mail client, such as Netscape, that does not allow you to use the "@" symbol in the User/Account name field, you may substitute the "@" in your address with the "_" character. For example: username_yourdomain).

Password:

password
(password = the password you chose for that e-mail address)

Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: smtp.yourdomain.com (or .net, .co.uk, .org, etc.)
