Changing Mail Settings for Microsoft Outlook 2002

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2002:
Click on "Tools".
Click on "E-mail Accounts...".
2. Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts".
3. Then click on the "Next" button.

4. Now select the Account Name for the domain that is hosted with D4W.
5. Then Click on the "Change" button.

6. Make sure the following fields have the correct information as follows:
Under Server Information:
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mydomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mydomain.com

When you have verified (POP3) and (SMTP) fields are correct then click on the "Next" button.

7. The Last step is to Click on the "Finish" button.

You have now finished Microsoft Outlook 2002 set-up.
